Would a hardware virus get both Windows and Linux
Skim over this article:

Apparently you can make a virus directly attack hardware (cpu in this case). If so, does that mean the virus could attack you, regardless of your OS?

Apparently so, though the code for the worm each OS would be different. For example the worm for Windows would likely not affect Linux and vice-versa.
