wireless hotspots

Hello, does anyone have experience with implementing wireless hotspots for customer use (cafe's, restaurants, etc..)? If so, are there an open source tools that can force users to accept an agreement before they can get access? Any ideas and/or suggestions? Thanks

I haven't implemented one personally, but you'd probably want to setup what's known as a "captive portal". Take a look at NoCat, in particular look at NoCat Auth.
