Windows virus infection in debian

I've found W32/Magistr.a@MM in my /user/ directory with root permissions listed as vp31vfw.dll . I may have gotten it from ftp://ftp.nerim.net/debian-marillat/ any one have any info? Search engines proved fruitless with the exception of an unanswered post in an ubuntu forum.
