Why cannot access server services?

Recently I've updated my server from RH8 to FC3. But, if before the server worked fine, now i met some troubles.

My server has 2 eth interfaces: a.a.a.a to ISP and b.b.b.b to LAN.
I set a http, php and firewall (the http and php set files were before).

My troubles are:
1) Before: I could access my website using both a.a.a.a and b.b.b.b IPs.
Now: I can access it only using a.a.a.a IP.

2) Before: In my website there is a script which sends e-mails using sendmail (default setting). It worked.
Now: This script does not send emails anymore !!!!

Note: The sendmail works fine as a LAN mail server.
On other machine, where is installed FC1, the same troubles occure.

I assume that the trouble is due to firewall.

Please, can anyone tell me what is happen?

Tnx

1. When you do 'netstat -pant', what address does it show the webserver listening on?

2. Could you post the script or if it's very long just descibe what it does?

To begin, rule out the firewall. Temporarily shut off the firewall and try connecting to the webserver and using the mail script. If they still don't work, then you know it isn't the firewall and is probably something daemon-specific. To turn off the firewall, use 'service iptables stop'. Make sure to restart it once you are done testing with 'service iptables start'

First of all, thanx for your kindness to try to help. Here what i got:

1) Using "netstat -pant" - a long long list with a.a.a.a:80 and other IPs, less b.b.b.b:80 nor 127.0.0.1:80, meaning the query to server's LAN IP does not work.

2) I disabled for a while firewall. Except the Internet communication stoped, nothing else happen. Neither the access to site. Same the emailing script: frozen.
