Which Spamfilter to choose?

Hi!

I have a question concerning Spamfilters. The organization where I work has a Linux mail server with ~200 user accounts. Which spamfilter to choose? Should we consider commercial spamfilters rather than free of charge? What are the most suitable variants for Linux/Unix servers?
