Which processes are using network?

I posted GNOME system monitor to panel. They show resouce status - process, memory, network, swap, average load, disk.
When I start X, They show that network is used. But I think there's no process using network including internet.
Is there any method to know which process use network? The commands like top, lsof and fuser are not satisfying. Otherwise don't I know the exact usage?

# netstat -nap

a for "all connections", n for "don't bother with reverse DNS lookups on the IPs", and "p" for show owning process.
