Where to get updated info on exploits?

Hello,

I'm about to set up a Linux web server with PHP and MySQL and I know I can go to each website to look for known issues (Apache, PHP, MySQL and RedHat), but is there a "one stop shopping" type location that has some info on recently found issues? It just would make it a lot easier. On Windows, there's several places you can go to get info on known exploits and I was hoping there'd be a good one for Linux, too.

Thanks!
