Wargame Hints?
 
I'm having a little trouble decrypting the following:

==AewIHIlJ3bkFGIzlGIkJ3b3N3chBHIlhGV

It looks like some Base64 and I heard you should write it down then and use a mirror. I've done all that and still nothing resembling a password.

Any suggestions/hints?
