VSFTPD Configuration

Hi,

I've tried to configure "local_umask" and "file_open_mode" on my FTP
server to set that all the files (new) uploaded should be on permission
--w------- (200) but i'm unable to do the same.

Could any one please help me ?

Please suggest how the configurations value should be and also your
descriptions are most welcome.
