use iptables to give net traffic priority to web browsers ?

in setting up firestarter (a GUI to iptables)
there is a function to give net priority to different things,
such as NFS or X
could the same be done for web browsers on port 80 ?

if so.. how ?

Check out the Wonder Shaper. It'll show you how to use IPTables to prioritize different catagories of bandwidth. One of the examples in the how-to shows how to make sure web browsing always stays responsive, even when somebody is downloading something on your connection.
