Tor Browser does not open in Manjaro.
Using Manjaro KDE, Tor will not start, picked from application but no response.
I also uninstalled, reinstalled and tried changing the setting to not download over the Tor network. I then started it again, this time it began to open, a bar appeared, and it progressed, but when completed, nothing.
