Uh, I think you start counting at zero (2000), so that ship has sailed.

i didin't do anything, Roman guys started counting from 1 not 0.

Probably most, if not all, of these are due to M$.

How so? I mean, AFAICT only #2 and #9 (and #4, to a certain extent) are MS-specific.

Well, the rest are due to poorly configured firewall and software ... made more likely by the fact that they are using Window$.
