Smile Syslog-ng issues on OpenSuse 10.3

Hello everybody.
I'm trying to obtain some security information from an OpenSuse 10.3 server by using the syslog-ng service; most info I'm getting is usefull, however, I can't obtain some critical events:

- LOGIN (loging into the physical server tty1...) events are not comming from syslog.
- SSHD events are all comming OK, except for the "session closed" ones, I mean, when I run the command "exit" and the session finishes, it should be logging a message with the user and the IP adress like some other distributions, but instead I'm getting only this message: "sshd[7633]: PAM audit_log_acct_message() failed: Operation not permitted" (without quotes)

Any ideas about this? I'll really apreciate your help!

SSH logging is controlled in sshd_config and I believe there is a line in syslog-ng.conf that controls logins. Even though it should log by default.
