Suse authuntication failed after installation of kerberos.

Hi.
i am new here and it is my first post.

I have installed keberos on my suse machine, but after installation now i am not able to login in it even with the root password. i search over the internet but could not find the solution. Please guide me what to do now and how to configure Kerberos on a local machine with only local users authunticaion. I mean client and server both are on the same machine. i will be very thankful to you if you put me out of this problem.
Thank you in advance....

I ditched SuSE just for this kind of thing... SuSE like to mimic Windows and hence prefers to run without authentications.

Try to solve it with Yast, Yast2, or whatever version it is now.

Or install Slackware. That's what I did in 2004 and since then I run errorfree....

Sir Yast2, Yast are not working in single user mode too. i think kerberos also disable network services option in Yast.
