strange group in User Manager.....

I just installed Redhat Ent linux AS 4, ver 3. I went to setup accounts and I noticed a strange group called pegasus in linux User Manager under groups. My security settings were up
and running but I want to be on the safe side. I've only had this dam machine up and running
and I can't believe its already be comprmised. Did some searches to see if there was anything
like that in the latest kernel and the only thing I could come across was an email client and
a usb device manager of some sort. I want to be sure before I curse the net-powers that be and reformat this system, thxs.
