SSL Error

greetings!

i recently installed openssl (0.9.7a) on a rh 9 (2.4.20-19) with apache (2.0)

once i had everything up and running ( i did a self-signed cert) i noticed on my firewall that the box i set ssl up on is making https proxy requests to it.

log snip is from the firewall log ssl_errors

Code:
[Thu Feb 17 15:07:24 2005] [error] SSL handshake failed (server something.server.com:443, client 192.168.x.x)
[Thu Feb 17 15:07:24 2005] [error] SSL Library Error: 336027803 error:1407609B:SSL routines:func(118):reason(155)
[Thu Feb 17 15:08:24 2005] [error] SSL handshake failed (server something.server.com:443, client 192.168.x.x)
[Thu Feb 17 15:08:24 2005] [error] SSL Library Error: 336027803 error:1407609B:SSL routines:func(118):reason(155)

that message repeats itself twice every minuet. I've tried resetting the box and that didn't work, any suggestions on what i'm doing wrong would be helpful.

thanks!
