SSH session manager and VPN + USB crypto token

I'm looking for replacement of windows solution, which consists from ssh client Tectia and Cisco VPN client.

Most important feature is, both application must support USB crypto token authentification (USB device with private certificates, like ikey3000 from Rainbow tech).
I'm using kvpn for VPN connection, which know to import cisco profile, but it doesn't know to use usb crypto token.
I don't use cisco vpn on linux, because it is old, not maintained anymore and impossible to compile on new fedora kernels.

Ssh client should support saved sessions like putty or tectia, to not type every time all IPs and usernames and to have saved all settings.

Do you think, is it possible to export private certificate from crypto token to harddrive and use it like usual?

Thanks a lot.
