Squid transparent proxy for HTTPS

Hello all,
I'm new to this forum, I have some issues with squid transparent proxy server, I prepared using squid 3.1 on linux 6.5. my squid transparent proxy is working fine with HTTP, but when I'm trying to configure HTTPS with googled references it is not working and no error message to trace the causes.
- I used openssl 1.0.0
- squid 3.1.10
- linux 64bit

I configured:
https_port key:/etc/squid/ssl/squid.key cert=/etc/squid/ssl/squid.crt
and did port forwarding using firwall.

Can anyone help to resolve this issue.
thanks in advance.

This way may be ugly you know why? if the certificate not being in the trusted CA list, it will pop-up some warning page.
So follow this way to handle HTTPS
