Squid Questions...Advice needed......

Ok I have searched high and slow for these questions but no luck...

Is it possible to have squid force a user to reauth with a username/pass every 15 mins or do it after 15 mins idle? Someone suggested client_lifetime but thats still no go. I think the problem might be IE related from the limited info I have found. Has anyone expirenced this by chance?

Is cachemgr.cgi really a good thing to add to a secure squid install? I'm debating if its something smart to add for a client who is a bank. No matter what I do I get access denied when I log in. Does anyone know of any good helpsites for cachemgr or squid in general? Does anyone know of any good squid software that will help manage the cache or squid in general that they would recomend?

Thanks!

I always found webmin useful to help configure dang near everything. As for your squid question. Where are you getting your auth creds from? Are you looking for session timeouts? cookie ttl's? Not being a squid "pro" i may be barking up the wrong tree but if I understand what it is you are trying to do maybe I can help. Old guys like me need to be spoken to slow and loudly. :D
