Squid authentication problem

Hi all,
I have installed a squid proxy server (2.6.STABLE9) that correctly authenticates all clients on my network, except PCs with Windows Vista. When a Vista client tries to browse a page, 'Cache Access Denied' error appears, instead of the login prompt - as it happens with other clients - making impossible for the PC to authenticate.
Any suggestions? Where am I wrong? Thanks in advance,

maybe you should add what browser you use.

And if this is not firefox i would say use that browser.

Tks but every browser has been tested actually. Firefox yields that "Access Denied" Error, other ones give generic errors. I dont think it's browser problem actually.
Other suggestions?
