snort & mysql


Hi
All my problems were solved in these forums Thanks to all.Now another problem,
I have installed snort with mysql, but after I run snort, only table 'sensor' in snort DB will be changed (only one row). every things is OK, but it seems that nothing logged in database. what is the problem?
what is each table of snort DB for? where can I know something about each table of snort?
help PLEASE.

HI buddy

let me know, if did u enable mysql loggin option from snort.conf file.
Also which is the snort version you are running, if you are using latest version start with "-K ascii" option i.e
/usr/local/bin/snort -c /path/to /snort.conf -K ascii
