Snifing for pppoe passwords
 
Hello friends,
I connect to my ISP with PPPoE connection, now I want to sniff passwords on this line.
first of all, I authenticated myself i.e connected to Internet.
secondly, i started wireshark and sniffed for passwords.
third, whats wrong i am not getting any passwords or what shoud be my way.

Your 'way' should be to NOT try to sniff anyones passwords, from ANYWHERE. Read the LQ Rules about asking for hacking/cracking information.

Leeching credentials, certainly without thorough explanation and valid reason why, almost always isn't a SFLQ (Safe Fore LinuxQuestions.org) question. Especially if you're sharing the connection.
