Skull with bones appeared on my desktop today
Hello, A triangle with skull and bones approx 2" appeared on my laptop desktop today
as I was booting up for the day.
I am running SimplyMepis 6.5 live distro. The distro was downloaded April 27.2007
This is the first time it appeared.I ran a Trend Micro House Call from my
barebone with Open Suse 10.and the Mepis CD in the drive(notloaded). But no ativirus was found.
Anyone seen anything lik it? Am planning to download another 6.5 and try it.
Thanks in advance for any help you can render me.
Al of Norway
Am running an Acer 2354lci with dualboot knoppix 4 and xp.
and a Shuttle barebone xpc with Suse 10.and dualboot xp

Are you logging as root - with the yellow triangle. That is to warn you that you are not logged in as "user".
