setting up subnets for home network with adsl router

Hi
I want to setup a web server on my lan at home. I already have a firewall on my router. My router is acting as DHCP for the entire lan. I was wondering if it's possible to isolate my server so that it can't access any other pcs on the network using a software firewall? The server can't be linux based as it servers asp.net apps. Also each pc has a dynamic ip

I can't see a Linux angle to this at all... Is there one that I'm missing? And how would a software firewall fit into this scenario at all? If your router has a DMZ port, then that's ideal, if not, then you'd need more hardware to seperate the two network uses to any useful extent.
