Security Warning: These files belonging to packages are modified on the system

Hello there,

I have these messages all the days in the root mailbox :

Quote:
Security Warning: These files belonging to packages are modified on the system :
- /boot/message-graphic
- /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/Type1/fonts.cache-1
- /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/icewm/menu
- /usr/lib/mozilla-1.3/defaults/pref/unix.js
- /usr/src/linux-2.4.21-0.13mdk/.config
- /usr/src/linux-2.4.21-0.13mdk/3rdparty/3c90x/.depend
- /usr/src/linux-2.4.21-0.13mdk/3rdparty/3c990/.depend
- /usr/src/linux-2.4.21-0.13mdk/3rdparty/3c990fx/.depend
- /usr/src/linux-2.4.21-0.13mdk/3rdparty/Config.in
- /usr/src/linux-2.4.21-0.13mdk/3rdparty/Makefile
- /usr/src/linux-2.4.21-0.13mdk/3rdparty/Makefile.drivers
- /usr/src/linux-2.4.21-0.13mdk/3rdparty/Portman_PCS/.depend
- /usr/src/linux-2.4.21-0.13mdk/3rdparty/acecad/.depend
...
and I wonder why and how to correct this (if there is something to correct).

Concerning the files in /usr/src/linux-2.4.21-0.13mdk/... I guess it's because I rebuild the kernel. So I think these files are in a normal state, and I don't want to see the messages concerning these files.

TIA.
