Post secure use of laptop


i want secure use of my laptop, if somebody copy or take some files from my computer so that i can know what he did , which files he copied..
thanks in advance. my os is ubuntu 12.04LTS

It's highly unlikely you'll know which files were copied, your best bet is to encrypt the /home partition.
