Searching for FTP SSL command line client for Fedora
Hi,
I am searching for a command-line ftp client compatible with SSL/TLS.
I have tried lftp but I have not managed to configure it correctly.
I want to connect to 1 ftp site that permits only connections with implict ssl, secure file listing and secure file tranfers. (In windows a program with these features is FlashFXP)
Thanks in advance

Do a search on TLSWRAP. It's an SSL proxy that lets you use your favorite ftp client with an SSL server.

I'm trying to use the client and get the error message. Any ideas why it crashed?
root@Devel tlswrap-1.02]# tlswrap -d -h ftp.server.com -l 990
certspath = /home/mike/tlswrap-1.02/certs
ucertspath =
egd_sock is
TLS initialization successful.
bind: Cannot assign requested address
[root@Devel tlswrap-1.02]# Parent died, exiting

Either the FTP server address is wrong or the port is in use or there's a copy of the app already running?
