Question scp vs. sftp . . .

scp vs. sftp . . . is one of these more secure than the other?

I'm setting up a new server (linux 9.0) which will be accessed for file transfers by several remote windows users.

thanks!

No, they both use OpenSSH underneath, but depending
on your application one may be more convenient than
the other. If you want to xfer files interactively just kind of
login browse around and pick your files you'll want to go
with sftp if you only need to transfer files you know the
names of already you can just use scp. For the windows
users I would go with sftp.
