SASL passwords syncronization

Hi,

I just configured Postfix with sasl, but here is my question. It says in the documentation I was using (http://kbase.redhat.com/faq/FAQ_85_7929.shtm) that I have to set ever users sasl password. Is this correct? Is there a way around it so that I can syncronize the password they use to login to the red hat server?

Thanks
