Question Samba Security

I configured a NAS server. Its on a windows network; it authenticates and all of that cool stuff; however, where i am having troubles is securing it. I have it now that you have to be on our domain to view it, or enter a password. When i secure a folder for a user or group, if you're not in that group or that user you get a deny, i want that too to pop a username and password box. is this possible?

Let me know
:-)
