rsh problem

hi all,

Recently i have installed 2.4 kernel with redhat 9.0 distribution.

i am unable to configure "rsh" , it is giving an error as

"poll

rotocol failure in circuit setup".

I have edited ".rhosts" file and "/etc/xinetd.d/rsh" file.

I want to know to know the exact procedure to configure "rsh".

First off, stop using rsh and switch to ssh. It's more secure.

If you insist on rsh, have you tried this:
