RSA Key Authentication with SSH fail with no reply for publickey

I want to ssh to rose.xyz.com with RSA Key Authentication.
I generated and copied id_rsa and id_rsa.pub to rose.
Why ssh had sent publickey to rose, but it fail with no reply?

$ ssh -vvv root@rose.xyz.com

It appears that it does not see your key file in your .ssh directory. Did you copy both the id_rsa and id_rsa.pub to the server? You need to keep the id_rsa file on the computer you are trying to connect with. Leave the id_rsa file in .ssh/ directory and try connecting.

.ssh should always be drwx------

Do not copy your id_rsa file to remote machines--that is your private key!

You need to append your public key to the authorized_keys file on the remote host.
