router has 4 open ports even though i closed/disabled them

hey i have noticed that i have port 5000, 53, 23, and 80. 80 and 5000 are tcpwrapped. I blocked dropped incoming and outgoing packets on the upnp port 5000 in my iptables and disabled it on my routers server. As well and telnet. For some reason though, these ports remain open on my routers server even though i have blocked them. I ran over my router with nmap and got this

Code:
PORT     STATE SERVICE    VERSION
23/tcp   open  telnet?
53/tcp   open  domain?
80/tcp   open  tcpwrapped
5000/tcp open  tcpwrapped
1 service unrecognized despite returning data. If you know the service/version, please submit the following fingerprint at http://www.insecure.org/cgi-bin/servicefp-submit.cgi :
SF-Port53-TCP:V=5.21%I=7%D=4/3%Time=4F7A505A%P=i686-pc-linux-gnu%r(DNSVers
SF:ionBindReq,43,"\0A\0\x06\x85\x80\0\x01\0\x01\0\0\0\0\x07version\x04bind
SF:\0\0\x10\0\x03\xc0\x0c\0\x10\0\x03\0\0\0\0\0\x17\x16dnsmasq-2\.15-OpenD
SF:NS-1")%r(DNSStatusRequest,E,"\0\x0c\0\0\x90\x85\0\0\0\0\0\0\0\0");
How can i fix this? Should this be a concern?

In the first place you've scanned from inside the LAN while you should be scanning the target from a remote host.
