Hello,

How do i configure a crontab for a user at 1.00 Am it should execute /bin/echo hello

how is this at all related to security??

your request makes no sense either... a cron job won't display to stdout, so saying "hello" will be wholly untraceable and pointless. to edit a crontab for a user you'd cron "crontab -u username -e" may i suggest reading the crontab manpage?
