No idea what you're asking, but it sounds like you want to know if RHEL7 can use a Satellite server. The answer is yes; this is well covered in Red Hat's documentation. If you've gone to RHEL 7 from 6, and are using Satellite, you're obviously paying for RHEL, since Satellite isn't free...contact Red Hat support for more information. https://access.redhat.com/solutions/42281 https://access.redhat.com/articles/880853
Red Hat Satellite 5 and 6 both support RHEL 7 repositories. Once you register a system to the Satellite server, it will automatically check in for updates based on the time frame you set. I believe by default its something like 4 hours.
