RedHat updates on Classified System

We have RedHat 4 installed on a system. It is a classified system, which means that we are not connected to the internet. Therefore, we have no direct way to get the Linux updates. Does anyone have a recommendation in how to keep current with updates when the internet is not available? Thank you!

I think the easiest was would be to set up a Linux box with access to Redhat Network. Download updates with up2date ... they are saved in /var/spool/up2date. Copy the downloaded rpms to an internal yum server and then use yum to distibute the updates internally.

Order the updated RHEL4 update 4 media from Red Hat and download the latest updates from RHN using a different system and transfer them to some media like a CDR and install directly from the CD.

If needed download the source rpms and build the binaries from source, they are freely available. You got on the Internet to post here so this is possible;
