Smile Red Hat 5 - Default Screen Saver for All Users with Password required


Is there a way to setup a default screen saver time out feature so when users don't use the system for 10 minutes the screensaver with a password is activated?

that is a normal default setting for the Gnome desktop and a default RHEL5 install should have that set up already .
