Recommended WebGUI firewall

Hello,

I'm running a CentOS server, but I'm not familiar with iptables. Can someone recommend a firewall where I can manage it via a web browser. I might be off here, but can I run something like Pfsense on top of my server ? Or is it something seperate ?

Thanks in advance.

The only web gui I know of is webmin, but I didn't like it much. I settled on using fwbuilder to build a machine specific firewall and then upload it over ssh.

pfsense is a FreeBSD based router/firewall. I couldn't find any information on whether the gui tools had been ported to linux.

Here are a few host-based setups (GUI on top of iptables)

fwbuilder
firestarter
guarddog
kmyfirewall

I don't think he meant that he wanted a port of pfsense. I think he wanted a GUI for Linux that is similar to pfsense as an interface.

Some pfsense-like distributions:
shorewall
astaro
clarkconnect (or whatever its new name might be)
ipcop

Note that you can't use the gateway/FW distributions on top of another Linux install, as they are normally .iso files that are designed to overwrite what you may already have on your system (although you might be able to run them on a separate drive or drive slice or even VM).
