Found a very useful post on your site relating to qmail and I'm looking for advice. Our server crashed with 8GB of purported demands from Italian Tax Authority. Cleared it out and rebuilt qmail: up and running again, then Italian junk mail started reappearing.
According to
http://mxtoolbox.com/diagnostic.aspx our IP address is not an open relay (suggestion on the post I read on your forum). Any suggestions on how to block the junk mail, which doesn't send, sticks in the queue and unless cleared, crashes the server?
