public ip scanned by nmap during private lan scan

I started up my laptop, connected to my wireless router and entered a parallel dimension network 192.68.1.0 in Germany

Notes about my network: My LAN is 192.168.1.0/27 I have a wireless linksys router with DD-WRT v24 installed at 192.168.1.1, a CentOS server at 192.168.1.2 and two laptops (dhcp generated but normally) an ubuntu at .3 and windows at .25.

I'm fooling around with nmap, my first command and response is
Code:
sudo nmap -n -sP 192.168.1.1-31
 Starting Nmap 4.53 ( http://insecure.org ) at 2008-09-12 11:54 MDT
Host 192.68.1.3 appears to be up.
Nmap done: 31 IP addresses (1 host up) scanned in 6.263 seconds
I'm thinking, who is the computer at .3. So long story short, I then start to scan different computers starting with .2 upto .254 using a variety of nmap parameters getting various results. I whois these computers that keep showing up and find out it is a company in Germany. The problem was, if you notice, the host that appears to be up is located at w.68.y.3 not w.168.y,3.

Why did this show up in nmap?
