preventing keyboard layout changes


hi folks...wanted to know if anybody can tell me how to go about preventing users from changing the language on the keyboard...i have one customer at a internet cafe...that change the keyboard layout to Russian...now i cannot log into the machine...I found no way out of it, so I am in the process of reinstalling fedora core 5...i am hoping that I will get the help I need to prevent him from changing it again so I do not have to go about the re installation again...he is not worth the over 2 hours it is taking....PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!LOL

You may try with "chattr +i /etc/sysconfig/keyboard" after you've configured it. For KDE or Gnome configuration you may try the same approach of locking config files.
