Passwd prompt option for "sysdba" option in Oracle

friends ,

I have to install Oracle9i in RHEL 4 . My question is , I want to block "sysdba" option when entering the database . I know
using "conn / as sysdba", every user can access to database as sys user .

But I make a option so that any user cannot access to the database using "sysdba" option.He/she must enter the "sys" user password wher he/she wants to get access into Database .

waiting for ur reply .. ..

Thx ...
