openssh server tunnel question

I am trying to configure openssh to do the following.

computer A is on the internet (xp)
computer B (192.168.1.2)is my openssh server running on my lan (centos)
computer C (192.168.1.5) is my computer on my lan(xp)

I want my friend who has a problem on his computer A to ssh to computer B.

I then want to connect from my computer C thru Computer B to rdp to computer A

ex On my computer I want to rdp to 192.168.1.2:100. and that sends me to port 3389 on computer A. I don't want to ssh from computer A to computer B

Can I do this?

Done

I figured it out!

If any one else is looking at this all I had to do was edit /etc/ssh/sshd_config and uncomment gatewayports yes.

1 more question

Can I have the client ssh into my ssh server and not get a shell? I want the user to make a connection but not be on machine, except fot the ports.
