If that solved it then I recommend seeing if new firmware is available for the router that may patch the vulnerability. I also recommend that you set local DNS settings (point to OpenDNS) for all your computers.

My router is not the same as yours, but I'd think that all modern ones should have an "export config" option to save it to the local filesystem.

Once you get it set up "just so", I recommend you try the same. It just may save your sanity.
