No security on not-for-profit streaming video server

Hi, one of my friends runs a very big streaming video service (underground, not-for-profit), and has rubbish security. He's running Linux, and the video jumps a little too often as it is so he doesn't want to impair performance, but he needs a firewall to secure the site (I scanned it with nessus and nikto, and found loads of exploits (which he's now fixed) but he still doesn't have a firewall.

Any help much appreciated :)

iptables > google

Smart alec, that was the first thing I tired, was looking for something better, or maybe something that makes iptables rules via a GUI interface?
