Hey guys

I'm running two servers at the moment.

The first server contains all of my current websites.

Eeach website has different groups and users assigned to it. This is all fine, and works 100%.

My second server acts as an FTP server. What i have done is shared via NFS the webfolder on the first server.

To access these folders i need to setup the same groups with the same gids on the second server.

I am just wondering if this is the correct method?

I'd also like to be able to allow certain accounts to login to the FTP server and direct them to a "home directory"

Any help would be great
