New Drive in SeLinux System

I have added a new drive to my web server that is running with SeLinux enabled. This is the first system that I have run with SeLinux enabled, so please bare with me. I have partitioned the disk, created a filesystem on it, and mounted it as normal. The problem is that when applications try to use the space there is a huge amount of errors generated. Can anyone point me in the right direction to fix this. I have started to look into all the SeLinux doc, but it is a bit overwhelming to me

Your choices are relabelling the FS, fixfiles or audit2allow. Relabelling the filesystem (touch /.autorelabel; reboot) is the most safe, running "fixfiles" is kind of destructive (removes files in /tmp and can skew stuff because you run it on a Live host) and for audit2allow you need to install the selinux-policy-$POLICYTYPE-sources, run "cat /var/log/messages | audit2allow > /etc/selinux/$POLICYTYPE/src/policy/domains/misc/custom.te then "make -C /etc/selinux/$POLICYTYPE/src/policy load". Note on RHEL5 / FC6 there is no selinux-policy-$POLICYTYPE-source and so instead you run something like: "audit2allow -M mysemanage < /var/log/audit/audit.log; semodule -i mysemanage.pp" to sync things. (More details at http://fedora.redhat.com/docs/selinux-faq/.)
