Need some help picking out a firewall.

My PS2 didn't come with a firewall (as far as I can see), and I figured I should get one if I was going to turn it into a server. The only problem is that there isn't a "famous" open-source firewall that people consider to be "the best."

I've heard of using IP tables, but can't quite make out if it's meant to be used as a firewall or just a network configurer. Firestarter says it makes it easy to run a firewall, but I don't really want the easiest. I want the most secure.

Go to www.linuxguruz.com/iptables and start downloading and trying out firewall scripts.
