Hello everybody,

I have a question.

Is it possible to secure linux with two networkadapters.
So that first adapter is for incomming data
And the second adapter is for out going data.

I hope someone can help me with this problem.

Do you mean as in a firewall?

If so, there are a number of firewall distros.

Just minimum install a distro (like slack or debian) and configure iptables.

Well you could try IPCop, which has a pretty nailed down netfilter firewall as default.

Or if you want a real system you should consider OpenBSD with it's excellent packet filter ... 3.3 is again: AMAZING :-)

Mandrake firewall is based on iptables (= netfilter) like the RedHat one, etc.
