Natting + Squid

I have a scenario where :

There a 1 lease line which has 10 live Ip's.
We have squid and router configured on the same machine.
Now I want to configure this external IP.

Computers on the LAN suppose (192.168.0.1/24) may need to access these public-facing machines as well. In addition, computers on the public IPS may need to access the LAN computers. Suppose, (125.99.77.114) may need to access 192.168.0.1 and vice versa.

But when I add rule in iptables the request should pass through squid but in
this case the squid does not fuction properly.

I have added Iptables -- prerouting rule.

Can any one help me to solve this
